Royal Brunei Airlines signs with Collins Aerospace for FlightSense™ and Dispatch℠ support

Collins Aerospace has been selected by Royal Brunei Airlines to provide its FlightSense™ and DispatchSM services under two 12-year agreements supporting the carrier’s current and future Boeing 787 fleet. The long-term partnership is designed to enhance operational performance, increase fleet reliability and streamline maintenance planning across multiple aircraft systems, including avionics, cargo, electrical power, environmental control and lighting.

Through FlightSense and Dispatch, Royal Brunei Airlines will benefit from guaranteed component availability, reduced aircraft downtime and greater cost predictability via a fixed-rate support model. As part of the agreement, Collins Aerospace will deliver predictive, reliability-based maintenance solutions to maximize avionics performance, alongside comprehensive asset management, logistics support and access to certified spare and repaired components.
