Star Alliance Paris CDG Lounge remains the World's Best Airline Alliance Lounge

The Star Alliance Lounge at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport has been named the World’s Best Airline Alliance Lounge at the 2026 Skytrax World Airline Awards, securing the prestigious title for a third consecutive year. Further highlighting the alliance’s leadership in premium ground services, the Star Alliance Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport earned second place, giving Star Alliance the top two positions in this year’s rankings.

The recognition extends a decade of global success for Star Alliance lounges and underscores the alliance’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the passenger experience. The continued accolades reflect Star Alliance’s focus on delivering seamless, high-quality travel experiences while making journeys across multiple member airlines more convenient and connected for travelers worldwide.

The award was presented at a ceremony at The Langham Hotel in London, bringing together airline leaders and senior representatives from across the global aviation industry.

Located in Terminal 1 at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, the 1,300-square-metre Star Alliance Lounge has welcomed travellers since its opening in October 2023. Designed to blend contemporary elegance with distinctive French influences, the lounge offers a variety of spaces for relaxation, dining and productivity ahead of departure. Its standout features include a dedicated welcome bar, a wine experience inspired by France’s renowned viticultural heritage, and panoramic views overlooking the airport’s runways.

Further reinforcing the quality of Star Alliance’s premium ground experience, the Star Alliance Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport secured second place in the Skytrax World’s Best Airline Alliance Lounge category, highlighting the alliance’s commitment to delivering a consistently high standard of hospitality across its global lounge network.
