KRET- a winner of at the Golden Wings of MAKS-2015 awards
The concern won in the “product” category for its Rychag electronic warfare system for helicopters
KRET was named a winner of the Golden Wings of MAKS-2015 awards in the “product” category for its Rychag-AV electronic warfare system for helicopters, which was featured at the air salon.
“Winning an award at the Golden Wings of MAKS-2015 is an important event for us and is a high evaluation of our work,” said Igor Nasenkov, First Deputy CEO of KRET.
He also noted that the Rychag system utilized the most advanced technologies, facilities, and components, completely independent of foreign suppliers, in its manufacturing.
Rychag-AV is built on the base of a multi-beam antenna array. The system forms signals using digital processing and radio signal recording technology to ensure the stable reception of signals and effective radar jamming across the entire range. The Rychag system stores information about various military equipment so it can recognize targets and determine the most effective type of interference.
KRET presented more than 450 products that utilize unique and innovative technologies at MAKS-2015. The concern’s air salon exhibition featured complex electronic warfare and electronic countermeasures systems, avionics for planes and helicopters, and a unique cockpit simulator for the MiG-31KB.
The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade and Rostec Corporation served as the organizers of the Golden Wings awards, which seek to recognize those participants of the air salon who present a new product and demonstrate new developments, technology, materials, services, or innovative approaches. To ensure objectivity in selecting winners, a competition commission was assembled from representatives of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Aviasalon, aviation industry experts, and the media.
During the previous MAKS two years ago, KRET was also named a winner of Golden Wings in the categories of “MAKS-2013 premiere” and “exposition.”
KRET received an award in the category "MAKS-2013 premiere" for its expertise in aviation technology. The concern received a second gold statuette in the “exposition” category for the design and style, information content, and use of modern technology in its exhibition.
