Ready for new EASA rules for non-commercial operations? Aeropodium is the organizer of this conference to be held on September 15, 2015 in Geneva, Switzerland. This conference will be chaired by Joel Hencks of AeroEx and it will focus on the operational and practical aspects of the regulation.  The attendees will hear from expert speakers all they need to know to be ready for new EASA rules for non-commercial operations and be part-NCC compliant.

Distinguished speakers will contribute to the event with their expertise and experience including Capt. Russ Allchorne of TAG Aviation Europe, Marcus Brunninger of Bertelsmann Aviation, Len Cormier of CAA Bermuda, Thomas Gass of the Federal Office of Civil Aviation in Switzerland, Cedric Gitchenko of ExecuJet, Nancy Harmer of Albachten Harmer, Razvan Prunean of EBAA, and Philippe Renz of Meyer Avocats.

This major event will cover a variety of issues such a regulatory overview of EASA, legal aspects and current issues, part NCC implementation and practical aspects with a focus on organisational setup, manuals and documentation, and part ORO implementation and practical aspects with a focus on organisational setup as well as manuals and documentation.  In addition, the conference will cover SMS implementation and practical aspects, third country registered aircraft based in Europe and recognition of ICAO standards and oversight, EBAA support for NCC operators, and the new regulation from the CAA perspective with a focus on the compliance process and oversight.
