Aerial Search & Rescue Asia Pacific 2019 is the latest event in Tangent Link’s portfolio following in the contrails of its highly successful SAR International live conferences in France & UK since 2013. Taking place on 21-22 February 2019 in Australia, this event is proudly supported by Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA).
No SAR operation is possible without the joint cooperation of national and regional maritime safety authorities, rescue coordination centres, defence forces, border protection commands, civil air-sea organisations, emergency medical helicopters, police air services and trained air observers and strategically sited non-profit rescue helicopter services at bases around Australia & New Zealand.
Aerial Search & Rescue Asia Pacific 2019 will review the latest national and international management policies, provide case studies of recent operations reviewing the lessons-learned, examine operating procedures, demonstrate the latest technologies, debate and discuss the questions in the minds of the world’s leading exponents and deliberate over how the future may look.
