  • In the US and many other parts of the world, business aviation handling takes place in the FBO, or General Aviation Terminal, a dedicated terminal for business aircraft. In others, there are airports only dedicated to private aircraft. While private aircraft in many other parts of the world, are handled in the same commercial terminal as the commercial aircraft, so the private jet handler just provide assistance to enhance the level of service provided to passenger, crew and aircraft. How’s the situation in Italy?
  • Argos VIP Private Handling is the leading chain of private FBOs in Italy. how many airports do you serve? How many staff work for the company now?
  • The competition in the private handling in Italy is strong, with many private handlers present there. The market is also quite big compared to other European destinations. How do you gain and retain your clients in light of this competition?
  • What are the new plans that Argos VIP are working on that’s not known to the public yet, and you would like to share with the audience through this podcast?
  • You’re a finance and banking professional. How did you end up in the business aviation handling industry?
  • What’s the biggest challenge that you faced building Argos VIP?
  • Many people dream of being an entrepreneur. Setting up a business and working for themselves. Do you think entrepreneurial life is for everyone?
  • Being an entrepreneur in the aviation industry is even harder, as it’s a 24/7 industry. Having worked in private handling for 18 years now. Do you still work 24/7?
  • As I know you and your company for a while, and as we worked together before, I see you very active and participating in the business aviation events happening all over the world. Do you think these events still have the marketing and promotional value they used to have in the past?
  • What advice do you give the aviapreneurs building big successful aviation handling businesses like you do, to ensure the success of their business and the result they want from their work?
