4th Annual Civil Aircraft Operation Support Technology International Forum was successfully held in Chengdu from October 21 to 22. Focusing on "efficient, innovative and intelligent operation of civil aircraft", the forum invited more than 90 well-known enterprises in the industry, including OEM, MRO, parts and accessories maintenance, equipment and tools, aviation materials, supply chain management, and 15 airlines, with a total of more than 240 representatives.

The forum was hosted by Civil Aircraft Operation Support Technology Sub-committee of CSAA, Shanghai Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Chengdu Shuangliu District Government; guided by Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd, Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics; supported by Civil Aviation University of China; co-organized by Aircrafts Maintenance and Engineering Corporation, Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co.,Ltd; organized by Chengdu Shuangliu District Aviation Economic Bureau, Chengdu Airlines, COMAC Sichuan Branch, COMAC Shanghai Aircraft Customer Service Co.,Ltd, Taikoo (Shandong) Aircraft Engineering Company Limited, Galleon (Shanghai) Consulting Co., Ltd.

At present, ARJ21 is in the trend of improving major strategic policies and market environment. At the meeting LV Feng, the Specialized Chief Engineer of Grade 3 (Operation Engineering)  of COMAC Shanghai Aircraft Customer Service Co., Ltd., mentioned that the commercial aircraft of this type has 7 customers, and the three major domestic airlines have joined the team. The market demand has steadily increased and the market influence has gradually expanded. Mr. Lu made a report on the operation support technology of ARJ21 aircraft from the aspects of customer training, maintenance support, aviation material support and flight operation support. He said that COMAC will continuously improve customer service products and optimize operation support system, so as to provide customers with exquisite and high-quality services and ensure smooth operation of customers' ARJ21 fleet.


With the active discussion of the participants, the two-day forum came to a successful conclusion. The forum regards promoting the construction of intelligent civil aircraft operation support system as a key strategic issue. With the aviation maintenance industry as the center, and aiming at the future development direction of civil aviation maintenance field, various units launched thinking and report.
