Senior airport officials from Vnukovo 3 in Moscow, Pulkovo 3 in Saint Petersburg, Russia and Aeroports de la Cote d'Azur (АСА), representing the Nice airport VIP terminal and Sky Valet FBO network in France, Spain and Portugal have signed an LOI linking into a "partnership agreement." The agreement was signed by Georgy Sharov, chairman of the board, Vnukovo 3, Sergey Pugjn, CEO Pulkovo 3, and Aeroports de la Cote d'Azur's chairman of the management board, Mr. Dominique Thillaud. A signing ceremony took place at the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, Switzerland, where the two business aviation groups exhibited.

The purpose of the partnership is to promote communication and the opportunity to exchange information, expertise, and best practices to promote corporate aviation.

"I am very delighted with this partnership " explained Dominique Thillaud, chairman of Aeroports de la Cote d'Azur. "We are leaders in two complementary geographical areas, with shared values and a dovetailing customer base. Our team will work closely together to develop business aviation, enhance services and promote events such as Air Ops Europe and Jet Expo, which are hosted in Cannes and Vnukovo 3 airports. Our cooperation will directly benefit our customers and to the business aviation community".

Mr. Sergey Pugin, CEO, Pulkovo 3 confirmed "This cooperation with leading European FBOs and iconic business aviation airports is key for Pulkovo 3 and Vnukovo 3 as Russian business jet operators are very demanding. That will help us to create a memorable travel experience for their valued guests while travelling between Europe and Russia, such as Paris to Moscow, or Ibiza to St Petersburg during summer season".

"I am very pleased with this partnership which clearly aspires to lead, not to follow. We actually announced two great achievements at EBACE that demonstrate our focus on safety end customer service: Vnukovo 3 is the only Russian FBO to have achieved IS-ВАН certification, and Sky Valet Cannes is the first FBO worldwide to reach stage IS-ВАН Stage 2 certification" added Mr Tohane, director business aviation for Aeroports de la Cote d'Azur.

Besides linking Russia, France, Spain and Portugal through the iconic destinations where these partners provide services to VIP customers, the relationship will foster the opportunity for them to collaborate on business development projects and enhance customer service for the business aviation community. The partners intend to communicate on a regular basis and seek ways to co-promote their facilities.

Vnukovo 3 Is the largest center of business aviation in Eastern Europe. Business aviation at Vnukovo, airport has been developing since 2000. Experience and investment let Vnukovo 3 be a leader not only Russia but also in the global arena of business aviation.

Pulkovo 3 is ranked as the number two FBO in Russia and the one business aviation centre in the country's North West region that provides full range of services.

The Aeroports de la Cote d'Azur Group manages the Nice Cote d'Azur, Cannes Mandelieu and Golfe de Saint Tropez airports and is ranked second in Europe in terms of business air traffic. Sky Valet, the FBO network powered by АСА continues to grow internationally, and operates 22 FBOs in France, Spain and in Portugal.
