On the 2015 China Helicopter Exposition, Airbus Group Summer University project officially kick off in Tianjin launching a series of activities on industrial communication and interactive corporate culture, while Airbus Helicopters presenting its innovative civil aircraft and wide range of helicopter solutions.
In the morning of September 10, as representatives of Summer University project, some 50 Tsinghua students visited Airbus Helicopters stand, learning more knowledge about the features of Airbus Helicopters innovative products.
Besides, Airbus Group HR China team hosted a workshop focusing on diverse workplace & people strategy in Airbus Helicopters industry. Norbert Ducrot, President and CEO Airbus Helicopters China, delivered an opening speech, highlighting the bright future of Airbus Helicopters industry in China. Senior managers from Airbus Group and Airbus Helicopters shared industrial development trend and business development. Philippe Pezet, HR Director, Airbus Group China and East Asia will sharediverse career development path and opportunities Airbus Helicopters offering, with Tsinghua students and some industry figures.
Right after the workshop, an interactive & creative activity with Tsinghua students has been conducted in front of the statics display area outside the exhibition hall, which themed "we make it happen, we make it fly, make your helicopter". 50 representatives wearing Airbus Helicopters hats have been divided into five groups to assemble a helicopter model via LEGO parts. This interesting initiative attracted public attention and made it become a shining event on the show.
