Aruba and Kazakhstan welcome Alpha Sky to their ICAO 83 bis agreement - Airlines publisher

The Registry of Aruba announced the addition of Alpha Sky to the ICAO Article 83 bis Agreement between Kazakhstan and Aruba. This significant development further strengthens the international collaboration between the Civil Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan and the Department of Civil Aviation of Aruba, marking a milestone in the longstanding relationship between both states.

The International Civil Aviation Organization’s Article 83 bis enables the efficient cooperation between aviation authorities. This agreement enables the transfer of specific functions and duties from the State of Registry to the State of the Operator. It serves to clarify safety responsibilities, simplify procedures, and ultimately enhance aviation safety. By joining the agreement, Alpha Sky demonstrates its commitment to upholding the highest standards in aviation operations.

The collaboration between Aruba and Kazakhstan has spanned over two decades, Aruba and the Republic of Kazakhstan first signed the 83 bis agreement in 2002. Since then, many Kazakh operators have benefited from the agreement. Alpha Sky, as a new participant will enjoy the advantages of simplified regulatory procedures and enhanced operational flexibility. This collaboration not only benefits the aviation industry but also promotes economic growth and strengthens diplomatic ties between Aruba and Kazakhstan.
