Royal Jordanian and Lufthansa Technik expanded their cooperation in the field of base maintenance. Recently, two Airbus A320s underwent a C-check at Lufthansa Technik Budapest. Experts of Lufthansa Technik Hungarian subsidiary carried out base maintenance activities for this customer for the first time. Royal Jordanian has already been partnering with Lufthansa Technik in the field of Total Component Support for a decade.
Samer Majali, CEO of Royal Jordanian, commented: “Lufthansa Technik has been a reliable partner for us with its component services for years. With the heavy checks on our airline’s Airbus A320s being carried out by Lufthansa Technik we are confident that our trusting partnership will continue to grow even stronger.”
Kai Roepke, Senior Vice President Corporate Sales EMEA at Lufthansa Technik, said: “We are delighted that with Royal Jordanian another partner from the Middle East region relies on our service and quality. Royal Jordanian can trust that their aircraft are in the best hands with our experts in Budapest, as it is one of our centers of competence in maintaining the Airbus A320 family.”
