Oman Air has launched a brand-new multi-segment ticket option, named Oman Air Rahal.

The product offers up to 30 per cent savings on multiple Business Class or Economy Class flights between the Omani capital of Muscat and destinations across the GCC, as well as Tehran.

Destinations covered by Oman Air Rahal include Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dammam, Doha, Dubai, Kuwait, Muscat, Riyadh and Tehran.

Oman Air Rahal is available now, and allows customers to book four return flights to any one of the named destinations, with only the first flight being confirmed at time of purchase. The timing of the remaining flights can then be decided at the customer’s leisure, but all flights must be taken within 12 months of purchase.

The lowest-priced Economy Class Oman Air Rahal ticket costs just OR 123 per person for eight flight segments between Muscat and Dubai, originating in Oman, or AED 1232 for flights originating in Dubai. Business Class tickets cost OR 496 for flights originating in Oman, or AED 4508 for flights originating in Dubai. Customers can therefore save as much as OR 53 or AED 528 in Economy Class, and OR 212 or AED 1932 in Business Class.

And savings on flights to other destinations can be as much as OR 212 for economy class services to Doha, and OR 678 for business class services to Riyadh. Fares and savings quoted are for the total number of segments. Fares include all fuel surcharges, but do not include government or airport taxes.

Mahfood Al Harthy, chief officer sales for Oman Air, launched Oman Air Rahal, said: “We are delighted to launch our new Oman Air Rahal multi-segment ticket option. It offers outstanding savings of up to 30 per cent for regular travellers in both Economy Class and Business Class. And it covers a wide range of exciting destinations throughout the GCC region, as well as services to Tehran.

“Furthermore, members of Oman Air’s Sindbad frequent flyers programme are able to accrue Sindbad Miles on all the flights they take using an Oman Air Rahal ticket, and can redeem them against flights at a later date.

“Oman Air Rahal is available from now until 30th November and, because it offers such fantastic value and convenience, demand for tickets is sure to be huge. I would therefore advise customers to book early by calling +968 24531111, or by visiting any one of the Oman Air ticket offices located around the Sultanate.”
