Following the collapse of Transaero Airlines (UN, Moscow Vnukovo) last year, Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) has set about reallocating international traffic rights to several local companies.

In its latest bulletins, the regulator awarded Rossiya (FV, St. Petersburg) passenger, mail, and freight rights for seven weekly return flights from Moscow to Miami Int'l and five weekly return flights from Moscow to Houston Intc'l.

Additionally, it has also awarded Ural Airlines (U6, Ekaterinburg) Thailand traffic rights to serve the following routes via China:

-3x weekly Ekaterinburg-Harbin-Bangkok-Harbin-Ekaterinburg with Fifth Freedom rights on the Harbin-Bangkok-Harbin sectors;

-3x weekly Yekaterinburg-Beijing Capital-Bangkok-Beijing-Ekaterinburg with Fifth freedom rights on the Beijing-Bangkok-Beijing sectors;

-1x weekly Khabarovsk-Changchun-Bangkok-Changchun-Khabarovsk with Fifth Freedom rights on the Bangkok-Changchun-Bangkok sectors.

For its part, VIM Airlines (NN, Moscow Domodedovo) has been awarded rights to a 1x weekly St. Petersburg-Beijing Capital return service alongside a 3x weekly St. Petersburg-Shanghai Pudong return service.
