Laudamotion is opening its base in Berlin Tegel Airport. The airline company, which has emerged from the daughter company of Airberlin NIKI, will offer numerous European travel destinations. Moreover, the airline has stationed four planes at Tegel.
"We are happy to now offer flight connections from Berlin. With access to Ryanair.com- the most visited airline website worldwide, Laudamotion has a first class platform with more than 60 Laudamotion routes from Austria, Germany and Switzerland at its disposal," adds Niki Lauda, from Laudamotion.
"Most of all we want to convince passengers of our being great value for money and the quality of our on-board products. In addition, we have an extensive network route and of course the typical Lauda service concept”, says Andreas Gruber, CEO Laudamotion.
"We welcome Laudamotion's expansion in Berlin," says Professor Engelbert Lütke-Daldrup, CEO of Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH. "The range of the connections offered enriches what Tegel has to offer. In particular, people are again flying to Gran Canary, Ibiza and Málaga just as frequently as in the Summer of 2017. We wish Laudamotion a good start in Tegel and a successful development in Berlin."
Laudamotion, partner of the Irish company Ryanair, will begin daily flights from Berlin. In total, Airline Berlin will connect passengers with 18 popular travel destinations in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy and Croatia. A large number of the flights will be carried out by their partner Ryanair this summer.
