Philippine Airlines’ inaugural flight to Kuwait marked the start of the flag carrier’s route network expansion for 2016.
The send-off ceremony held at the NAIA Terminal 2 last Sunday (January 17) was attended by PAL President and Chief Operating Officer Jaime J. Bautista and Kuwaiti Ambassador to the Philippines Waleed Ahmad Al Kandari. Joining them were, from left to right, PAL VP – Sales Ryan Uy, PAL SVP – Airline Operations Ismael Augusto Gozon and NAIA T2 GM Engr. Enrico Gonzalez. Witnessing the ribbon – cutting were, from left to right, PAL SAVP – International Sales Bong Velasquez, PAL SAVP – Philippine Sales Harry Inoferio, PAL AVP – Airport Services Audie Villanueva and PAL VP-Security Cesar Ronnie Ordoyo.
