The arbitration court of Amur region has satisfied the claim of the state enterprise “Airport Blagoveshchensk” to the airline “Transaero” and ordered the carrier to pay the debt of 7.9 million rubles, reported Tuesday on the official website of the court.

The court fully satisfied the claim of the airport of Blagoveshchensk to Transaero

“The court ruled with “Transaero” in favor of the state unitary enterprise Amur region “Airport Blagoveshchensk” debts under the contract for airport and ground servicing of aircraft during the period 1 to 31 August 2015 in the amount of 7.9 million rubles,” – said in court.

The court session on the case of “Transaero” was held in Blagoveshchensk on Monday, according to its results, the court said that the claim of the state is fully satisfied, but did not elaborate on what amount is involved.

Originally the airport of Blagoveshchensk is required to pay the airline 15.8 million rbl. of a debt, but at the end of October, the court satisfied the petition about the reduction of the amount of the claim to 7.9 million rubles due to the fact that “Transaero” has partially paid the debts.

According to the court, the contract for airport and ground servicing of aircraft between Transaero airlines and the airport of Blagoveshchensk was concluded in March 2009.
