V Air Launched Taipei-Busan Service Today

Taiwan’s low-fare carrier, V Air began its Taipei-Busan service today with a 100% full load of passengers. The maiden flight (ZV 302) took off Taipei at 4:30 p.m. and arriving Busan at 8:00 p.m. The service is operated 2 roundtrip flights a week initially, using an Airbus A321 aircraft.

V Air’s CEO, Ms Eleni Lung, said “V Air is the first Taiwan low-fare carrier stepping into Korean Market. Especially, Busan is our first destination in North East Asia. We are very optimistic about the new service, and aim to increase the flight frequency in order offer passengers a larger flexibility for travel arrangement.”

The Taipei-Busan route operates every Monday and Friday. Every Monday, ZV302 departs from Taipei at 4:30 p.m. and arrives Busan at 8:00 p.m.; whereas for Friday schedule, ZV302 departs 5:10 p.m. from Taipei and arrive Busan at 8:30 p.m.

However, ZV303 departs from Busan at 9:05 p.m. every Monday and arrives Taipei at 10:40 p.m. Every Friday, the flight leaves Busan at 10:05 p.m. and arrive Taipei on 11:40 p.m.
