Piper Aircraft has announced the appointment of British European Aviation Group (BEA) as the exclusive Dealer for the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Channel Islands. These territories represent some of the most active private aviation markets in Europe.

"As the exclusive leasehold owners of Wycombe Air Park, BEA has 24/365 access to a General Aviation friendly airfield which is ideally situated near London. Additionally, with BEA's experience as a current owner of six Piper Aircraft, the company is uniquely positioned to guide, support and provide a unique aeroplane management package which will assist current and future Piper customers through the selection, purchasing and operating phases of Piper Aircraft ownership," said BEA CEO, Sean Brown.

"BEA has the experience, presence and passion throughout the United Kingdom to become a dominant player in the sales of new Piper aircraft," said Piper Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support Ron Gunnarson. "We are delighted to add BEA to our global network of Dealers. The company's reputation, knowledgeable personnel and five strategic locations throughout the UK provide an ideal foundation for growing sales of new Piper airplanes in this important region."

BEA - A brief introduction

BEA - British European Aviation - has become the number one general aviation company in the UK, grown out of the ability to deliver on a desire to provide the best and most comprehensive services to light aircraft owners, pilots and other users. Its universal aviation services encompass airfield management, private and professional pilot training, aircraft sales, management and maintenance, engineering, and aircraft charter. All of which makes it the perfect company to become a Piper dealer.

Formed in 2010 by the coming together of long established light aviation companies, the group represents over three decades of experience in helicopters, fixed wing aeroplanes and all types of light aviation engineering.

Based at Wycombe Air Park 40 minutes from the centre of London, the quality of infrastructure and facilities to be found there enable all BEA staff to provide the expertise and high standards of service sought by today's owners and pilots.
