Desert Jet Center FBO to host Citation Jet Pilots annual convention

Desert Jet Center located at the Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport (KTRM) in Thermal, California, will host the upcoming 2021 Citation Jet Pilots Annual Convention on October 20-23, 2021. The event marks the first time CJP will hold its annual convention in the state of California. As the CJP FBO of choice in the Greater Palm Springs area, Desert Jet Center will be welcoming Citation jet pilots, board members, guests, exhibitors, vendors, and an estimated 120 aircraft flying into the Thermal airport during the 3-day convention. With the high volume of jet traffic typically experienced by the airport during peak season with golf and tennis tournaments, equestrian events, modernism week, art shows, and music festivals, the CJP convention will draw the highest number of Citation jets to the airport during the event.

CJP’s annual convention, now in its 12th year, has grown into a multi-day event featuring an unparalleled combination of educational and social opportunities, against the backdrop of historic and luxurious venues and for the first-time ever, the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, California.

In keeping with its mission to promote and represent the interests of members who are owners and pilots of all series of Citation jet-powered aircraft, CJP's convention features an excellent line-up of guest speakers, seminars, partner and vendor displays, a Safety Stand Down, and expanded companion training programs during its convention.
