FBO RIGA expands services portfolio with helicopters, catering, concierge and transfers

FBO RIGA, a holder of Sapphire Pegasus Business Aviation Awards as the best FBO in Europe, fuels business growth with the launch of new services under a single brand to meet the needs of business aviation customers.

The new business areas cover helicopter charters in partnership with GM Helicopters, finest catering for business aviation in cooperation with Resto-Rātors, world-class concierge service and luxury transfers.

FBO RIGA Helicopters operated by GM Helicopters

FBO RIGA reached an exclusive agreement with GM Helicopters, the only commercial operator of helicopters in the Baltics, to bring a modern, transparent and high-quality product to the local market. Helicopter transportation will be provided under "FBO RIGA Helicopters operated by GM Helicopters" brand name.

Currently, the company offers three helicopters including Agusta AW109SP (6 passengers), Airbus H125 (5 passengers) and Cabri G2 (1 passenger) with two more helicopters to follow in the coming months - the first is expected in August, the second in September. Under the new agreement GM Helicopters will provide the operator's certificate (AOC) and maintenance while FBO RIGA will ensure 24/7 customer support and sales.

FBO RIGA Catering by Resto-Rātors

FBO RIGA has created a first-class 24/7 catering service for business aviation expanding successful cooperation with Resto-Rātors holding, the author of 18 well-known restaurant projects in Jurmala and Riga. The new joint project will provide business aviation passengers with versatility of tastes, hottest food trends and great choice.

FBO RIGA Concierge 

Responding to the growing demand of B2B customers for concierge services FBO RIGA allocated this service to a separate business unit. Professional assistants will make any client’s dream come true: from hotel reservations to invitations to private events and the best seats at Latvia’s main musical events including the Baltic Musical Seasons, "Laima. Rendez-vous. Jurmala" festival and World Jazz Festival. FBO RIGA Concierge takes care of any leisure activities while company’s partners benefit from special conditions on concierge services.

Transfers

FBO Riga now offers 12 Mercedes-Benz S, V, E-class with professional drivers, as well as luxury car rental service under its brand. All the vehicles are not older than two years.
