International Flight Center celebrates opening of new luxury terminal

International Flight Center (IFC) at Miami Executive Airport (KTMB) debuted its brand new FBO terminal, including marking the occasion with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony in the fourth quarter of last year. Modern, luxury facility was designed with travelers’ comfort and productivity in mind, featuring stylish lounges, private bed-and-bath snooze rooms, a 10-seat conference room with full A/V capabilities, and a café. Its bright, contemporary lobby welcomes guests with sleek accents and warm tones.

This latest expansion follows the 2024 debut of IFC’s state-of-the-art hangar complex, boasting 84,000 square feet of space designed with clients’ needs in mind. Featuring 28,000 square feet per hangar, 28-foot doors, 24/7 surveillance and advanced safety features, the complex accommodates aircraft up to a Global 8000 and provides tenants with exclusive fuel, charter and maintenance pricing through IFC’s sister companies (Corporate Air Charter & Propel Aviation). Together with 550,000 square feet of ramp space, the complex provides a premier operational base in Miami.
