IS-BAH accreditation for DC Aviation Al-Futtaim Ground Handling operations

DC Aviation Al-Futtaim (DCAF) has attained the International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) Stage 1 accreditation for its Fixed Base Operations (FBO) located at Dubai South. 

IS-BAH is the global industry standard on safety management and risk mitigation for business aviation handlers and meets the forthcoming safety management system (SMS) requirements. The audit was conducted by an independent auditor from the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC). 

DCAF successfully achieved compliance with the FBO’s emergency and security procedures, airside operations, organisational structure, training protocols and operating procedures and ground support equipment. 

Commenting on the accreditation, Susan Bujtas, Director of Ground Operations at DC Aviation Al-Futtaim said, “The successful completion of the audit was a result of months of hard work from all the teams involved and the continuous support of the management. The accreditation is further testament to our unwavering commitment to provide our customers with globally benchmarked services.”
