Panorama Jets has reaffirmed its commitment to safety and continuous improvement by renewing its WYVERN Wingman Certified Operator status, this time through the Flight Leader Program. Recognizing the value of ongoing coaching and deeper engagement, Panorama Jets transitioned from traditional audits to quarterly coaching sessions with their Flight Leader coach.

WYVERN Wingman Standard, the first air charter audit standard in the aviation industry, sets a high bar for safety performance and allows air charter customers to evaluate operators against recognized best practices before selecting a provider.

WYVERN Wingman certification process involves a rigorous assessment of an operator’s Safety Management System (SMS), Human Factors and Fatigue Risk Management programs, internal evaluation and audit processes, Safety Culture Analysis, compliance and risk management structures, emergency response plans, and training protocols.
