The 2024 Paragon Awards will take place on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 11:30 AM at the Paragon booth during the NBAASDC2025 conference in New Orleans. This prestigious ceremony will honor outstanding achievements within the Paragon Network, recognizing individuals and organizations who demonstrate unwavering commitment to service excellence, safety, and innovation in the aviation industry. The Paragon Awards serve to spotlight and celebrate the leaders who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in aviation and setting new standards for excellence.

Crystal Kubeczka, President, Paragon Aviation Group commented: “As President of Paragon Aviation Group, it is an honor to recognize such remarkable leaders and outstanding organizations within our network. The Paragon Awards embody our commitment to excellence, innovation, and safety—core values that drive our industry forward. Congratulations to Samson Executive Jet Centre, Jamie McCarthy of Port City Air, and Pilot John International for their exemplary achievements. Their dedication not only sets new benchmarks in aviation but inspires all of us to elevate our own standards every day.”

The Paragon Awards include several key categories, each designed to recognize a specific area of achievement within the industry:

FBO Member of the Year: This award celebrates an FBO that exemplifies the highest standards of service, safety, and operational performance. The 2024 FBO Member of the Year, and first international Paragon Award winner, will be presented to Samson Executive Jet Centre (EGNT) at Newcastle International Airport (ENGT) in the United Kingdom. Samson Executive Jet Centre is known for its exceptional customer service, dedication to safety, and excellence in aviation. The FBO, strategically located near Newcastle-upon-Tyne and providing access to the Northumberland coastline, Lake District, and Scotland, was selected based on positive customer feedback and votes from fellow FBO members and flight departments. Special mention runners-up include Odyssey Aviation (MYNN, MYEM, MYEF, MYER) in the Bahamas and Chantilly Air Center (KHEF) in Manassas, VA.

Award of Excellence: This award is given to an individual who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and contributions to the aviation community. The 2024 Award of Excellence will be presented to Jamie McCarthy of Port City Air (KPSM) in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Jamie has been recognized for his exceptional leadership and significant contributions to fostering collaboration and innovation within the industry. Special mention runners-up include Zelda Evans from Odyssey Aviation (MYNN, MYEM, MYEF, MYER) in the Bahamas and Lindsay Roberts from Chantilly Air Center (KHEF) in Manassas, VA.

Diamond Strategic Partner Award: This award honors a Strategic Partner who has made remarkable contributions to the aviation industry and whose partnership with Paragon Aviation Group has furthered the success of the network. The 2024 Diamond Strategic Partner Award will be awarded to Pilot John International for their commitment to providing top-tier aviation products and services, as well as their strong relationship supporting the Paragon Aviation Group network. Special mention runners-up include Polaris Aero and GGT Worldwise, both of which received high praise during the Paragon Awards voting process.

The Paragon Awards celebrate excellence in aviation by recognizing those who inspire leadership, foster collaboration, and push the boundaries of service and innovation.
