NeBeSci has been appointed as Daher’s Kodiak 100 dealership in the Philippines, providing an in-country sales presence for this multi-mission turboprop-powered utility aircraft at the southeast Asian archipelago.
Based at Paranaque City near Manila, NeBeSci is a diversified trade and services corporation with a focus on aviation. The company’s top managers include pilots with diverse operational and engineering expertise.
"The Philippines is a very promising market, especially with the Kodiak 100’s multi-role capabilities and short takeoff and landing performance,” said Paul G. Branham, Daher’s Kodiak Sales Director for Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. “We foresee a wide range of applications, from individual ownership, tourism and recreational use to such missions as mapping, surveillance and border patrol.”
Branham added that regional and business transportation is another market for the Kodiak 100 within the Philippines’ islands, especially with today’s commercial airline travel complications created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sven Schubert, NeBeSci’s Chief Executive Officer, added: “With its state-of-the-art avionics – backed by proven reliability and versatility – the Kodiak 100 is well suited to the diverse missions and operating conditions in the Philippine Archipelago. This aircraft is perfectly aligned with our slogan at NeBeSci: ‘Let us invite you to fly different.’”
