Rotortrade delivered a AS350 B3+ utility helicopter to Meravo Luftreederei Fluggesellschaft, a long-established German operator with deep expertise in the AS350 platform. The transaction exemplifies Rotortrade’s end-to-end capabilities in sourcing, maintenance coordination, and aircraft delivery across borders. The helicopter, originally operated by Air Greenland, spent its entire operational life conducting transport and surveillance missions around Arctic bases and the Greenlandic coastline. Following its release from service, Rotortrade managed the transfer of the helicopter from Nuuk, Greenland, to its facility in Tallard, France, where it underwent 750-hour/24-month calendar maintenance.

Clément Lubrano, Sales Manager at Rotortrade commented: “This deal is a textbook example of what Rotortrade offers — full control and oversight from sourcing to delivery. We defined the process and timeline clearly from the outset, managed logistical and technical steps, and delivered exactly on time.”

Jean-Noël de Précigout, Sales Director at Rotortrade Europe stated: “This transaction also reflects our ability to bridge operational and regional markets. Working with experienced partners like Air Greenland and Meravo made this a highly efficient and seamless process.”

The transaction, initiated in January 2025, was finalized at the end of June. On June 30, Meravo’s team traveled to Tallard to conduct a pre-purchase inspection in March 2025, along with a full CAMO document review and a test flight. The sale was completed promptly, with title transfer and immediate delivery.

Led by CEO Uta Hauber, Meravo Luftreederei ferried the aircraft from France to their base in Germany on July 2, with their own pilot and mechanic. The aircraft entered service at the end of July, following final customizations and certification.

This project demonstrates Rotortrade’s ability to deliver quality, precision, and peace of mind to its clients — managing every aspect of the helicopter transaction, from the Arctic to the heart of Europe.
