SKYPRO GROUP, a group of companies operating on the business aviation market since 2006, has finished restructuring of its business that was aimed at expansion of the portfolio of services. As a result, the group is now composed of three independent companies, each of which is now responsible for a particular segment, but the overall management of the group remains the same.
Currently SKYPRO GROUP includes several companies: SKYPRO AVIATION CONSULTING, SKYPRO GROUND SERVICES and SKYPRO HELICOPTERS. The newly formed companies provide services of aircraft sales, charter flights and aviation consulting (SKYPRO AVIATION CONSULTING), ground support services (SKYPRO GROUND SERVICES), as well as operation and maintenance of AgustaWestland AW139 helicopters and other models with maximum take-off mass of more than 3 tons (SKYPRO HELICOPTERS). Offices of the group are located in Moscow and Riga, the personnel amounts to 25 employees.
Today the helicopter segment became the focus of SKYPRO GROUP. A new partner in opening of a new maintenance station in Russia will be decided and announced in the near future. Nowadays SKYPRO HELICOPTERS provides services, related to helicopter operations, carried out on a non-commercial basis (general aviation – GA) and management of helicopters with the Russian registration (AC operator certificate number 08-15-116). SKYPRO HELICOPTERS is a full-scale aviation company, specializing in operation of foreign-made helicopters, mostly AgustaWestland. Professionalism and experience of employees who have completed training in foreign aviation centres, confirms with international and national standards in civil aviation. SKYPRO HELICOPTERS staff regularly improve their skills in certified training centres and cooperate with the representatives of the AgustaWestland representatives in Russia and Italy.
Maintaining airworthiness at a high level, timely maintenance of aircraft with application of modern software for accounting and control of use is provided by its own certified organization for aircraft maintenance (the company independently performs maintenance of AW139 helicopters, certificate No. 285-16-022). Operation of helicopters performed in accordance with the highest economic efficiency levels, as well as the highest safety and quality standards. The nearest plans of the company include expansion of its helicopter fleet. Now the basis of the company's fleet is formed by AW139 helicopters in the VIP configuration, located in the Moscow airport "Vnukovo-3".
The priorities of SKYPRO HELICOPTERS include flight safety, professionalism and high qualification of flight and technical personnel.
The scope of SKYPRO AVIATION CONSULTING activity includes financing and registration of aircraft, independent technical audit of operators and monitoring of aircraft technical condition within the interests of the owner or the lessor. Of course, SKYPRO AVIATION CONSULTING will be involved in traditional segments of the group: organization of charter flights of various complexity, full range of airplanes and helicopters charters, transportation of sports teams, corporate clients, musical bands, orchestras, aircraft cargo and organization of medical flights. The scope of tasks of this company also includes aircraft sales and aviation consulting.
Tasks of SKYPRO GROUND SERVICES include organization of crew transfers, taking into account individual requirements of operators using its own fleet of Volkswagen vehicles. All vehicles are equipped with GPS system, free Wi-Fi and access to Vnukovo-3. The scope of functions of the company also includes hotel reservations, provision of in-flight catering from leading restaurants and catering suppliers of Moscow and Moscow Region.
The history of the Group begun in 2006 from selling and delivering of the first business jet. A year later, the first company was founded, that became the basis for a future group (2007 – establishment of SKYPRO Aviation Limited (Cyprus)), the company opened an office in Riga and in 2010 the company opened an office in Moscow. At that time, the main business included aircraft sales, aviation consulting services and charter flights for the Russian clients. In 2012, the project SKYPRO GROUND SERVICES was launched, with subsequent formation of SKYPRO HELICOPTERS in 2015 and in early 2016; the company received a certification of maintenance of AW139 helicopters with its base in Vnukovo-3.
Currently, the Group's clients include large private companies and corporations, financial institutions and banks, famous politicians and businesspersons, leasing companies, leading sports teams, musicians, public companies, airline operators and airports.
Future plans of SKYPRO GROUP include the development of business related to aircraft management, involving business jets and helicopters that will be created within the group as well as creating its own network of maintenance centres and organization for deciphering of flight data for helicopters and turboprop aircraft.
