DC Aviation has opened an office in Paris, France. This constitutes a milestone in the Company’s 20-year history of operating aircraft and its equally long experience in aircraft management for leading companies.

Stuttgart based DC Aviation already has a presence in Dubai, Zurich, Malta and Moscow. The expansion to Paris is an important move for the company. The French office will promote DC Aviation group services like aircraft management, maintenance, charter sales, FBO, and crew training to corporate and individual aircraft owners in Western Europe.

“Against the backdrop of Brexit, a noticeable concentration of operators on one hand and a significantly fragmented market on the other, particularly in France, we are convinced that there is a genuine need for our services in these markets.” says Laurent Détroyat, who will lead the office in Paris. The DC Aviation DNA aims at protecting owners' assets by perfecting the operational stream.

“DC Aviation Paris will be managed by Laurent Détroyat who has been leading DC Aviation's business development for Europe out of our Swiss office. His thorough understanding of aircraft operation, charter sales and the special needs of local markets are a great asset for our group.” says Michael Kuhn, CEO of the DC Aviation Group.

DC Aviation emerged in 2007 from the former DaimlerChrysler Aviation, a DaimlerChrysler AG subsidiary that was founded in 1998. With branches in Dubai, Zurich, Malta, Moscow and Paris, its international presence keeps growing steadily. During its 20-year corporate history, DC Aviation has acquired comprehensive experience in aircraft management. Today, DC Aviation offers a complete portfolio ranging from aircraft management through aircraft charter to the maintenance of business jets and handling services. Its fleet includes the Cessna Citation XLS+, long distance jets like the Gulfstream G650 and large-cabin jets like the Airbus 319 CJ. In March 2016, DC Aviation expanded its operating license to include the commercial use of helicopters.
