TAG Aviation’s Maintenance Services’ Mobile Repair Team (MRT) has witnessed a significant rise in critical response activities since the unique MRT network in Western Europe was launched just over a year ago.
TAG’s dedicated MRT experts can be dispatched to provide AOG support from any one of its eight European Maintenance Services Centres within hours of any reported issue, keeping downtime and inconvenience to a minimum.

Since January 2016, TAG’s MRT has provided rapid response repair services to over 150 AOG situations at various worldwide locations. Customers benefit from highly trained and skilled technicians who have extensive maintenance expertise for any type of aircraft maintained by TAG wherever maintenance support is needed.  Importantly TAG’s mobile staff can also assist an aircraft out of base to reduce the time a plane is grounded.
“Our Mobile Repair Team is able to provide a rapid response, with qualified experts on hand that have the same technical capabilities, authorisation and quality systems as we employ in our repair centres”, said Philippe Rabier, Maintenance Sales Director, TAG Aviation Europe. “In critical situations wherever in the world maintenance or repair is required our mobile staff are able to respond quickly, thus minimising downtime.”
As an authorised service centre for Bombardier and Dassault aircraft, TAG Aviation’s MRT is highly equipped to support all AOG incidents on these aircraft types.   Dedicated team of technicians, expert in Bombardier and Dassault aircraft, are very active in providing quick response assistance throughout any of TAG’s multiple site locations.
For any AOG support TAG’s MRT Coordinator can be contacted on one centralised telephone number to make all the necessary arrangements and arrange for swift dispatch of the nearest support team.
