Universal Aviation Mexico has completed a multi-million renovation of their Toluca International Airport FBO. The company is a joint venture between Avemex and Universal Weather and Aviation.
Universal Aviation Mexico is one of the longest-running FBOs at Toluca Airport and was established in the early 1990s.

The facility includes an FBO, and three direct ramp access points from taxiways.
In addition to the renovation of the FBO, the corporate headquarters of Avemex was also completely renovated within the Toluca facility.
Avemex manages a mixed fleet of 24 aircraft and helicopters. Avemex’s service division, Centro de Servicio Avemex, provides all support services to operate the Avemex fleet.
