Vertis Charter Management Programme added Bombardier Global 5000. It will be marketed exclusively for charter through the international Vertis network of offices spanning the North Americas, Middle East, Africa, and Europe. The privately owned and operated Global 5000 is based at London Luton Airport, and available for charter immediately offering long-range comfort, an extremely spacious cabin and wi-fi supporting internet and email, as well as family entertainment. Vertis has added the Global 5000 in response to the market’s growing appetite for comfortable, efficient and cost-effective mid- to long-range charters, particularly between the United States and Europe.

“This is a fantastic new aircraft to have on offer for our clientele,” said Catherine Buchanan, COO of Vertis Aviation. “There has been a distinct change in market behaviour as charter demand for business airliners has shifted to the large-cabin, long-range jets. The high levels of comfort, always-on connectivity and flexible performance capabilities make these aircraft types a great alternative and it is a valuable addition to our mix.”

Buchanan anticipates that the Global 5000, which comfortably accommodates six to nine passengers, will be popular with families looking for easy access to European and American ski-resorts, as well as business parties looking for cost-effective long range charter from the UK to the USA, Africa, Middle East and Asia. With a range of up to 5200 nautical miles the aircraft is well suited for trans-continental and trans-Atlantic routes. City pairs including London to New York, Harare, or Dubai are all easily within the aircraft reach.

“In addition to incredibly smooth operating performance our customers expect high-quality cabin comfort as well as reliability. The Global 5000 ticks all those boxes so we are excited to add it to our VCMP ahead of the winter season. We expect it will interline with our light jet and rotary charters to reach the select ski-resorts around Europe and the USA,” added Buchanan.

The Vertis portfolio, all of which fall under the VCMP, includes the Bombardier Global 5000, a Bombardier Global 6000, a Bombardier Challenger 350, and a Dassault Falcon 900EX.  The VCMP, Vertis Charter Management Programme, supports owners and operators by offering exclusive outsourced charter sales management and is ideal for individual owners, small fleet operators, or aircraft management companies looking for innovative ways of supporting owners’ assets. “With the flexibility of our VCMP we can easily adapt our portfolio to match market demand and will continue to add new aircraft to meet the evolving market requirements,” adds Buchanan.
