The Russian United Business Aviation Association (RUBAA) is the organizer of conference program at the RUBAE show, which will take place at Vnukovo-3 airport in Moscow from 12th to 14th September 2018. The program will comprise a number of meetings with experts in different areas. 

Flight safety and quality management systems are to become key topics, which will be covered at a separate event. The attendees will meet three speakers at one session: Vladimir Lapinsky, director general of Meridian Air Company, Yuri Larchenkov, deputy director general for flight safety and quality at Meridian Air Company and Sergey Zasukhin, technical director of engineering and aviation service at Vnukovo-3 Business Aviation Center. 

Subjects to be discussed are the peculiarities in system management integration for a commercial operator, current tendencies in the development of flight management systems and quality systems, as well as existing issues in flight safety provision during ground handling and possible solutions in this area.
