Russia’s Aeroflot will initiate and fully subscribe to a capital increase in Orenair subsidiary as part of the group’s multi-brand renewal strategy. Orenair provides flights to leisure destinations.
In November 2011, Aeroflot received 100% shares of OrenAir from Rostekhnologii (Rostec), a state corporation controlled by the Russian Federation, together with shares of four other regional carriers like Rossiya Airlines, Saratov Airlines (Saravia), SAT Airlines and Vladivostok Avia.
