On November 26, the Board of Directors of PJSC Aeroflot - Russian Airlines approved the sale of 6 Airbus A321-200 airliners to AviaAM Leasing AB, the company informed.
Besides, the Board of Directors approved the 2016 operational results targets for Aeroflot Group. It is envisaged that this will include a regional carrier operating under the Rossiya brand and comprising the Rossiya, Donavia and Orenair airlines, as well as the fleet acquired following the exit from the market of Transaero. This is expected to increase operational results, including passenger traffic.
The Board of Directors also approved the 2016 budget (envisaging that Aeroflot Group's total fleet will increase by more than 30 aircraft and reach around 290 aircraft), the 2016 investment program, the regulation on the development and implementation of the innovative development (R&D) program, the regulation on Aeroflot Group's risk management system, considered the employee motivation scheme.
