Airways Aviation ESMA signed a strategic partnership agreement with IAAG – Institut Aéronautique Amaury de la Grange. This agreement brings together two of the most renowned and respected aviation training organizations in France.

The partnership has 3 main goals:

  1. To increase geographic coverage of both companies by sharing their current facilities in Paris, Lille and Montpellier.
  2. To offer more and differentiated courses in the market, such as Pilot, Maintenance Technician, Cabin Crew and others.
  3. To develop joint offers to international customers particularly in the European and African regions.

The agreement was signed in Paris by Mathilde Michel, Chief Executive Officer of Elysees Education Group, owner of IAAG and by Captain Mauro Calvano, President of Airways Aviation ESMA and CEO Europe & Africa Airways Aviation Group.

Brigadier-General (Ret) Jean-Marc Vigilant commented: "As Chairman of the IAAG's Strategic Committee, I am delighted to see this cooperation project with our new partner Airways Aviation Academy come to fruition. This strategic union between two renowned institutions, internationally recognised in the field of aviation training, reflects our shared commitment to the renewal of aviation. Together, we are blazing new trails in training excellence, offering unique and innovative opportunities to students motivated by a career in aviation. This promising collaboration fosters excellent synergies and offers new prospects in terms of geographical locations, educational innovation and international openness, thus contributing to the advancement and quality of aeronautical training. "

Alexandre Alves, Global COO & CCO Airways Aviation Group, said: “We at Airways Aviation ESMA couldn’t be happier in joining forces with IAAG. This agreement that we have been discussing for some months now, brings together two of the oldest, more experienced, and respected aviation training organizations in France. Our capabilities are completely complementary in terms of courses and locations and by putting them together we will be able to offer much more to the market. It’s an unparalleled offer in terms of course portfolio that includes pilot, cabin crew and maintenance technician among others, and in terms of coverage with locations in Paris, Lille and Montpellier. With this joint venture we will be closer to the market and with bigger training capability, offering solutions not only to all that have the dream of joining aviation but also to the companies in the industry who are in need of high numbers of qualified staff.”
