Tamarack Aerospace added ASG Aerospace of Miami, Florida to its network of Tamarack Authorized Service Center Partners. The Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul center offers sales and service of the Tamarack Active Winglet System for the Citation Jet 525, 525A, and 525B series in all eight variants.

This new Authorized Service Center joins 12 others in the United States, and seven in countries including Brazil, the Channel Islands, Sweden, Serbia, and The United Kingdom. In addition to the now 20 Authorized Service Centers, Tamarack has two Transformation Centers in Aiken, South Carolina and Oxford, England, respectively. Transformation Centers and the Tamarack Headquarters in Sandpoint, ID are installing Active Winglet modifications and can also service the installed technology.

“ASG has built an excellent reputation in the industry, being known for providing high-quality maintenance along with world-class customer service.  With their location at Miami Executive Airport (KTMB), ASG provides a convenient location for servicing Tamarack Aerospace customers across the Southeast. We are extremely excited to have them as an important part of the Tamarack Family and our future,” shares Tamarack Sales Director, Eric Cunningham.

ASG provides expertise in full aircraft maintenance, full avionics capabilities, inflight internet connectivity solutions and more at its headquarters at Miami Executive Airport (KTMB).  Miami Executive Airport is optimally located for Tamarack’s fleet of Active Winglet modified CitationJets of more than 150 aircraft.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Tamarack.  Being part of a support network that is centered on excellent customer experience is an honor and by offering support services for Tamarack’s game-changing Active Winglet technology we will be able to offer our customers the opportunity to take their CitationJet to the next level of flight efficiency and sustainability,” noted Art Thompson, CEO of ASG Aerospace.

“Tamarack continues to grow.” says Nick Guida, Tamarack CEO and Founder.  “Adding ASG Aerospace to our Authorized Service Center Network ensures that we are able to offer excellent customer service for our growing fleet of Active Winglet modified aircraft.”  Tamarack recently announced that it is flight testing a military version of the patented sustainability supporting Tamarack Active Winglet load alleviation technology called the Performance SMARTWING.

The Tamarack Active Winglet system provides multiple performance benefits, including smoother rides and the ability to reach optimum altitude without a step climb in under 30 minutes. In addition, Active Winglets allow aircraft to land at slower speeds for safer landings on shorter runways. Unlike the outdated passive winglet offerings on other platforms, which only offer about 4% fuel savings, Active Winglets instantly and automatically adjust to turbulence, leveraging patented load alleviation and sustainability technology to dramatically reduce fuel usage by double digits.
