FlightSafety International continues to enhance its Gulfstream G650 training programme by upgrading its simulators and adding the Autobrakes system.

The addition to the training programmes fulfils the requirements of the FAA FSB Report and EASA OSD.

The Normal and Abnormal operation of the Autobrakes will be covered during ground school and simulator sessions, allowing pilots to feel the difference in the flight controls.

“The ongoing upgrades to our training programs and simulators demonstrate FlightSafety’s commitment to provide our Customers with the highest quality and most current programs,” said Daniel MacLellan, vice president, Operations.

FlightSafety has upgraded its simulators to provide training for Required Navigation Performance Authorization Required (RNP AR) operations which will give pilots the opportunity to identify failures affecting the aircraft’s RNP capability.

It also offers a standalone course for those who want to receive training prior to their next recurrent event.
