JMC Aviation is looking to build on a strong 2023 working in the North American market by expanding its suite of services offered to customers across the continent. The company provides full turnkey solutions for a range of fixed price services, including structural and AOG repairs, cargo conversions, avionics, as well as FLS tasks like fuel tank inspections and cleaning. From its base in Ontario, Canada, JMC Aviation completed 12 large scale FLS projects in 2023. Its fully trained, skilled and experienced crews are ready to travel to wherever they are needed, bringing fully inventoried tool kits to every job. This all-inclusive, fixed price approach significantly reduces turnaround times, allowing customers to control costs and maximise operational efficiency.
Gobi Krishnan, Director of Maintenance at KF Aerospace, commented: “As a business we are continually looking at ways to improve efficiency across all aspects of our operation. Through JMC we are able to quickly and cost effectively manage some of the more specialist FLS tasks relating to our aircraft maintenance, which in turn frees up our own personnel to focus on other important jobs.”
Tony Eversden, Head of Engineering at JMC Aviation, said: “Our fixed price services are well established as the best in Europe, so it was the logical next step to deliver our cost-effective and time efficient solutions to customers in North America. 2024 looks set to be a big year for the business.”
When carrying out fuel tank structure inspections, for example, JMC’s specialist teams aim to complete all work within seven days, as opposed to the standard time of up to a month. Once complete, JMC delivers a certificate of conformity which can be used to sign off all work within a customer’s internal maintenance logs.
As an established global aviation recruitment provider, JMC Aviation is able to quickly source the required certified staff to work on its FLS projects, with those involved able to deliver work compliant with the customer’s relevant aviation authority.
