Liebherr-Aerospace and SR Technics renew their partnership with a five-year global service contract. The partners work hand in hand to support a fleet of more than 500 aircraft operated by airlines around the world, including Airbus A320 Family and A330/A340 Family aircraft as well as Embraer E-Jets.

In the five-year global service agreement, Liebherr-Aerospace and SR Technics will provide services on air management systems and flight control systems to a global fleet of more than 500 aircraft; Liebherr from its facilities in Toulouse (France), Lindenberg (Germany) and its repair station in Singapore.

“The two companies have established a global framework agreement covering MRO services, with a special focus on Europe and Asia.” explains Frank Steinmaier, Head of Sales & Marketing EUMEA, Customer Service, at Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH. “The agreement is just another step to strengthen the already more than a decade old successful relationship between SR Technics and Liebherr.”

“It is always a pleasure to continue working with partners with whom we have a long history of trust and successful commercial outcomes,” comments Konrad Gysel, Head of Strategic Procurement at SR Technics. “Several operators will be serviced at strategic locations in Europa and Asia as a result of this renewal. In parallel to these MRO activities, we have set up a material purchase agreement and technical publication license agreement with Liebherr-Aerospace to support SR Technics engineering and MRO capabilities. This contract is indicative of the collaborative and trusting relationship between our two companies.”
