Skyborne Airline Academy has placed their second acquisition of an ALSIM AL42 simulator. The simulator will be delivered to their facility in Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. The AL42 is an exact replica of the Diamond DA42, constructed using genuine aircraft components and equipped with the latest real-world Garmin G1000 avionics suite. It also features the latest-generation visual system, GFC 700 autopilot, and PBN/LPV capabilities.

Ian Cooper, Chief Operating Officer at Skyborne, commented on his choice: "We have chosen the ALSIM AL42 simulator because we trust the brand and have a strong relationship with ALSIM. This device aligns with our airline training philosophy, focusing on high-quality, relevant airline training."

Anna Lezoray, ALSIM Sales Account Manager, stated: "Our customers are our priority! We are proud when an existing customer renews his trust in our products and company. We have been working with Skyborne since their creation back in 2017 and are thrilled to continue accompany them in their further, even more successful development”.

UK base at Gloucestershire Airport, offers you the chance to develop your skills in our fleet of Diamond DA-42 aircraft. As part of the UK CAA Integrated ATPL course, you will also spend six months at our facility at Vero Beach Florida and complete your single engine training on our Piper fleet. Gloucestershire Airport is the busiest general aviation airport in the UK and has been carefully chosen as our UK base for all of our UK multi-engine training. The single engine training for our UK based courses takes place at our Vero Beach facility – the fantastic weather ensures 320 days of sunshine and great continuity for flying.
