Boeing (BOE, Chicago O'Hare) says it has recorded eight new orders for B737 jets - six from Singapore's SilkAir (MI, Singapore Changi) and two from unidentified customer(s).
Overall, however, its net B737 order book has been reduced by eight. US logistics giant FedEx Express (FX, Memphis Int'l) was also identified as ordering one B767-300(F).
