More than 70 maintenance experts from over 30 countries joined Diamond Aircraft’s first “After Sales Workshop” in Wiener Neustadt on September 11-12, 2025, to explore one key question: What changes deliver the greatest impact on customer experience?
Over two days, fleet operators, service centers, and OEM partners exchanged ideas in focused discussions and interactive sessions. A highlight was the use of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY, which turned complex challenges into creative, hands-on solutions.

The workshop strengthened collaboration across the Diamond network and reinforced the company’s commitment to operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Luca Giaquinta, Global Director After-Sales at Diamond Aircraft commented: “Our mission is to deliver the best possible experience while minimizing downtime. We are truly grateful to all participants for their energy and contributions. With steady progress over the past years in response time and case resolution, this workshop marks another milestone. The insights shared here will directly shape the future of our after-sales services.”
