According to the estimates already presented to the market, this year the volume of aircraft deliveries will increase between 15% and 25% compared to the previous year. The growing flow to recover the company's full potential is expected to continue for the coming years, in line with reports presented by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
"These hires materialize the strategic plan that includes the resumption of aviation growth and all investment in technology, innovation and new businesses at Embraer. Along the last two years, Embraer has ensured the organization’s sustainability and engineering capacity in the face of the impacts caused by Covid-19 on the global economy and the cancellation of the company’s partnership with Boeing. In order to remain competitive and get through the crisis in the sector, a strategic plan was drawn up and executed, allowing the company to recover and resume a new growth cycle, including rehiring for operations.
