For more than 15 years now, FACC has been setting new standards in business jet interiors with its innovative lightweight construction technologies. An important milestone to increase the US presence in this important market segment is the implementation of a new FACC location in Melbourne/Florida. In addition, FACC will be present at the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition in Las Vegas from 12-14 October 2021 under the motto "Feel the Uniqueness" in order to promote the new location in the global heart of business aviation accordingly.

Many years of expertise, the highest quality, customized services and only the highest quality materials: FACC has been providing business jet cabins with an exclusive look for more than 15 years. From a facelift of an existing cabin interior to a complete redesign of interiors, FACC implements all customer requests - and does so at the highest level. From 12 to 14 October, FACC will present its latest innovations and developments in Las Vegas.

FACC CEO Robert Machtlinger commented :“Our customers worldwide value our top-quality performance and our exceptional products and services - these do not come from nowhere: our many years of experience, know-how, close cooperation with our partners and suppliers as well as our attention to detail shape everything we do. Our basic principle which we apply across all business areas is simple: the customer is the focus of our attention at all times!”

Next step: expanding the Aftermarket Services segment with business jet refurbishment services

Ongoing further development is an integral part of the company's DNA. In 2018, FACC launched the new business segment Aftermarket Services - Repair Refurbish Replace, thus steadily broadening its services in the repair and maintenance business. As a long-standing partner to the world's leading business jet OEMs, FACC is now expanding its latest business segment, Aftermarket Services, to include the refurbishment of cabin interiors for business jets.

As an approved design and production organization (Part 21J / 21G) as well as a Part 145 maintenance organization, FACC offers its customers a broad portfolio, ranging from the simple revamping of cabin interiors and minor repairs of tables, galleys and seats to all-new high-end refurbishments and customized interior and layout modifications for business jets.

The highly qualified FACC experts create the perfect cabin look for any aircraft interior to ensure a comfortable business trip. The in-house team of engineers, designers, master craftsmen and interior architects provides innovative cabin modifications, state-of-the-art designs alongside specific retrofits, thus leaving no customer wish unfulfilled. Only exclusive high-quality materials are used, which include special face veneers, carbon looks, luxurious leathers and fabrics as well as carpeted floors.

Bundling competences and targeted growth: new location in Melbourne

In order to be able to respond optimally to customer needs and create the latest products and solutions at all times, FACC always remains close to its customers at its locations worldwide. With its new business jet interiors facility in Melbourne, Florida, the aerospace group is taking the next big step in the field of cabin interiors. In addition to our existing locations in Ried (Austria) and Montreal (Canada), our OEM customers, business jet manufacturers, fleet operators and private owners of business jets will in future also be offered state-of-the-art facilities for business jet refurbishment in Melbourne. Thus, brand-new sanding, drying and painting booths equipped with temperature and humidity controls will ensure even greater efficiency, speed and precision during painting.

William Jewer, Director Business Aircraft, FACC Aftermarket Services said:"Our new location in Melbourne allows us to optimize the time span for refurbishment and modernization projects while always meeting the latest standards in the business aircraft industry. Soon our customers will be able to enjoy even more comfort and uniqueness in their business travels."
