Revenues for 2015 are expected to be approximately $25 million the company said as it announced the deal at the NBAA business aviation show in Las Vegas today.. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
Satcom 1 has a major sales office in Dubai. It is an existing distribution partner for Honeywell’s JetWave terminals and Inmarsat’s GX Aviation program. The company provides in-flight airtime, satellite communications services and software for private business aircraft, and government and head of state aircraft and helicopters.
