Piaggio Aerospace successfully concluded its first-ever participation at AERO Friedrichshafen 2026, Europe's leading general aviation exhibition. During the four-day event, Piaggio Aerospace presented its latest P.180 Avanti EVO on the static display. Exhibiting alongside trusted German P.180 operator partner AirGO, Piaggio Aerospace offered visitors a first-hand experience of the aircraft's distinctive design and cabin comfort. The presence of the Avanti EVO attracted significant attention from visitors and industry stakeholders, with particular focus on its combination of speed, efficiency, and spacious cabin environment.
A major commercial highlight of the event was the signing of two new Avanti NX aircraft with a European operator, further strengthening the continued demand for the P.180 platform. The agreement for the two Avanti NX aircraft marks the first order since its unveiling in late February 2026. The deal follows the appointment of Rheinland Air Service as an authorized Piaggio service center less than a month ago, signaling that Piaggio is making a strong comeback in the aviation market.

Piaggio Aerospace's debut at AERO Friedrichshafen marks an important milestone in its renewed market engagement, with a clear focus on expanding its customer base across Europe and strengthening the global footprint of the Avanti family.
The exhibit attracted significant attention from industry stakeholders and institutional partners, highlighting continued global interest in our platform and future development programs. Meanwhile, Piaggio engaged in high-level discussions with international partners, exploring opportunities for collaboration in maintenance and upgrades for the P.180 platform. Piaggio Aerospace extends its gratitude to all visitors, partners, and stakeholders who visited our stand and contributed to productive discussions throughout the exhibition.
