AURA AERO will be exhibiting at AERO Friedrichshafen showcasing its range of low-carbon two-seater and 19-seater aircraft. This year 2 versions of INTEGRAL, the two-seater training aircraft with aerobatic capabilities will be showcased this year:
● INTEGRAL R: designed for aerobatics, with a thermal SEP engine and tailwheel, the first model of the INTEGRAL family was certified by EASA in December 2024 and is expecting FAA certification by the end of this year. Orders are open, and deliveries have started this month.
● INTEGRAL E: while the first INTEGRAL E is currently performing its flight test campaign, the show will feature a full-scale model of AURA AERO’s all-electric aircraft, available in two versions: R-E (aerobatics, tailwheel) and S-E (training and leisure, nosewheel). INTEGRAL E is equipped with Safran’s newly-certified ENGINeUS engine, the first-ever electric engine to be certified for an aircraft, and three new prototypes will join the first aircraft this year in the flight test campaign,for an EASA certification expected in 2026.
The INTEGRAL family of side-by-side two-seater aircraft is suited for civil as well as military use, and the 3rd member of the family, INTEGRAL S (designed for training and leisure - thermal SEP engine, nosewheel) is pending EASA certification later this year.
