Russia’s state corporation Rostec plans to sign contracts with Chinese partners on supplies of civil equipment at the international aviation exhibition Airshow China-2016, the corporation’s press service told TASS on Monday.
"During Airshow China-2016, we plan to sign a number of agreements on supplies of helicopter and other civil equipment to Chinese companies," Viktor Kladov, Rostec director for international cooperation and regional policy, was quoted as saying.
According to the press service, Rostec’s holding companies Russian Helicopters, United Engine Corporation, Radioelectronic Technologies Corporation, VSMPO-Avisma, Schwabe, Technodinamika, RT-Chemcomposite, and Rosoboronexport will take part in the air show.
The Russian exporter will tell the partners about the specifics of Su-35 fighter jets, Mi-35M transport military helicopters and Patsir-S1 missile systems, and other defense-related products.
United Engine Corporation will exhibit its engines RD-93, VK-25000PS, AL-31FN, and AL-41F-1S, TV-117SM and AI-222-25 engine mockups. Radioelectronic Technologies will demonstrate a helicopter cabin equipped with an Arbalet-D threat detection radar and a laser electrooptical countermeasure station from the President-S automatic optoelectronic countermeasure suite.
Apart from that, Technodinamika, a debutant in the Airshow China, will demonstrate an upgraded alighting gear system.
