More than 280 helicopters were sold at the China Helicopter Exposition 2015 in the northern city of Tianjin.

The event, which ended on Sunday, attracted 366 enterprises from the industry home and abroad, including 163 overseas enterprises, according to the organizer.

More than 19,000 industry professionals and some 72,000 public visitors attended the four-day event.

Specially, AC352, AC311A, AC322 and The180 made their first appearance ever at the expo.

Totally 286 helicopters were sold, nearly triple that of the expo two years ago. More than 200 cooperation intents were reached at the event.

AVIC Helicopters, Airbus Helicopters, Russian Helicopters, AgustaWestland and other well-known helicopter enterprises held 8 signing ceremonies and reached agreements on 25 projects worth more than 10 billion yuan.

The fourth China Helicopter Expo will take place in Tianjin in September 2017.
