AerCap delivered two of six new Airbus A330-900neo aircraft to German leisure carrier, Condor. The remaining aircraft are scheduled to deliver in summer 2023 through 2024. On December 29 Condor A330neo with the registration D-ANRH arrived at Frankfurt Airport. It is already the second brandnew Airbus A330-900neo aircraft that Condor welcomes this December. The aircraft is the first in the fleet that will be seen in the sky in the color "Beach" in the future. The first commercial flight is expected to take place in mid-January, bound for the Indian Ocean. In the weeks that follow, other destinations such as the Maldives or Punta Cana will be the first to be served.
Peter Anderson, the Chief Commercial Officer of AerCap, commented: "We are delighted to announce the delivery of the first of six new Airbus A330-900neo aircraft to Condor, and to see the aircraft painted in their distinctive new striped livery design. The A330neo aircraft is the perfect choice for Condor and will enable them to expand their network using the most modern, fuel-efficient technology while supporting their sustainability commitments. We wish the team every success and we look forward to continuing to build our partnership in the years to come."
Björn Walther, the Chief Financial Officer of Condor, said: "With AerCap as our very experienced and supportive partner, we are looking forward to welcoming the next A330-900neo within the upcoming months. Thanks to the great cooperation we are able to take an important step towards a successful future."

With significantly more space, the latest generation of in-flight entertainment and first-time connectivity on board, guests on the A330neo will be able to start their vacation feeling even more relaxed. The new aircraft is equipped with state-of-the-art engines from Rolls Royce and special aerodynamics. Thanks to the latest technology, the Trent 7000 engines are particularly efficient and can run on sustainable aviation fuels (SAF). Among other things, this results in 20 percent lower CO2 emissions and significant fuel savings that are second to none. The Airbus A330neo is the first aircraft in the world already certified for the regulatory CO2 emissions reduction that will apply from 2028.
